Our company was established in 1997 under the banner "Poulet Torino," founded by Charbel Assaad, who prioritized the health of his customers by offering a light and healthy diet that immediately gained success.
 

In 2011, alongside his partner Khalil Mekari, the birth of Cuisine Centrale Torino established unique recipes for all its branches, emphasizing a sought-after expertise: chicken, meat, homemade shrimp, and Merguez sausage grilled in front of customers, always ensuring that quality standards were met.
 

By 2021, Khalil Mekari became the new franchisor of Grillades Torino, aiming to perpetuate the vision that was his best friend Charbel's dream: to establish new branches everywhere. Taste, freshness, dining pleasure, and, of course, the continuous satisfaction of the clientele are the primary objectives.
 

The recognition of our company continues to grow with each new branch opening in various regions of Quebec, including three more set to join the existing 26 by 2023-2024.
